not your typical photo session....
tre blush AVANT GARDE is a concept that emerged from a few sessions that Jordanne (A La Mode) and I (Brandy J Photography) collaborated on. Jordanne has always done such an amazing job with all of the brides and seniors that I have shot but I knew that her talents were not being explored to their full extent. We started talking about doing a session with couture hair and make-up, just for fun really. Every session was fun and most importantly - inspiring! Our schedules could only coincide for a few sessions but every single one left us wanting to do more.
When the idea of an "experience" came up we knew we had to include another hair/make-up artist, enter Tara! I have also worked with Tara through weddings/e-sessions. Her work speaks for itself. I remember one e-session in particular where I could not stop staring at the bride-to-be's eyelids, they were amazing!
So back to the original concept. We all wanted to do something different. We are the type of girls who go through fashion magazines in awe of the outrageous yet fabulous looks. We want to create the same sort of couture design for the person who goes through those magazines and thinks "I would LOVE to have a look like that done to me!!!"

introducing tre blush AVANT GARDE.
We are so excited to be finally releasing the blog of tre blush AVANT GARDE! Our first official shoot will be 03.22.2008. And this is our first official invite card:
Brandy J, Jordanne and Tara will all contribute in the authoring of this blog. Here you will see some images from past shoots and of course the shoot to come. Not to mention anything else that we may feel the need to share (all pertaining to style of course!).
